You are able to purchase mobile tickets for single draws with the Lotto Spot! You must be within the WCLC region to make a purchase. You can build tickets using the Lotto Spot! Once you build your ticket, the app generates a QR code that is scanned at a lottery retailer to print your ticket. Use the app to check draw-based, scratch and sports tickets from the WCLC region to see if they are winners! Simply press the Scan icon then scan the barcode at the bottom of the ticket or under the latex of scratch tickets. If the barcode at the bottom of your ticket is misprinted, the ticket scanner will not recognize it.
