In Aberdeen for a weeks training and wanted a proper weights gym. Just what I wanted with plenty CV equipment too, steam and sauna were a bonus. Day passes can be bought individually.

All memberships include free Health Assessment and specific individual fitness programme designed by one of our fully qualified staff. Great staff and highly qualified. Up to date, modern equipment, great weight room, personal trainers, open classes and a pool what more can you ask for from a gym. Great gym space, lots of different equipment. Very friendly staff. This is one of the reasons we make it very easy to join. There's plenty of space to warm up, do cardio, warm down, train and everyone is very helpful and keen to see others doing well. Or, you can simply 'Pay As You Go' or buy a shorter membership if you are visiting Aberdeen or if that suits you better. During the gym induction which is with a fully qualified personal trainer, you can try out some equipment and get some coaching, the notes of the induction will be given to you so you can have the perfect starting point which suits you and your goals. It was housed with a vast array of home made cast iron free weights and fixed weight machines. We care about people and our club. We also have a hidden gem — our heated 17m swimming pool where the temperature and atmosphere are perfect for both training and relaxing.
