Well I can only help remotely since I have yet to visit Costa Rica ,But being a frequent visitor to Mexican Walmarts website ,I quickly searched the Costa Rica Walmart website to find out that they do not carry" binocurales" or "prismaticos"depending on what Spanish you use.
