Since , Waitrose customers have had problems submitting the entry forms on their competition page. The video below shows my attempt to enter the Incyon Wine competition on 25 January It took me five attempts to get the form to submit. I also entered the Lee Kum Kee competition two attempts , and the Quaker Oats competition three attempts. I first contacted Waitrose about this in October , and sent them a similar video to demonstrate the issue.
