This, combined with my CC's fraud policy, encouraged me to take a flyer on Vortex. It's easy for you guys to sit back and suggest that anyone who buys Vortex is an idiot, but as I hope this illustrates, it's not a simple decision for someone who doesn't repair spas to make in a market with limited options.
