These guys didn't let me board because of a tourist fee that i was not supposed to pay since i was just transiting through Cancun to go to my final destination of Vancouver. All this, for a tourist fee which i was not obliged to pay in the first place since i wasn't staying in Mexico, just transiting. I had to book an expensive flight the same day on my own and these guys didn't even bother refunding the ticket for their flight, which they made me miss for no reason. Pathetic, never would i travel with this low cost carrier. Lesson learnt. I do not recommend this airline - in general it is a big joke.

En el tlf me dijeron que no lo iban a poder abrir porque no habia llegado lo suficientemente temprano para resolver mi situation Llegue al aeropuerto a las 11am porque tuve una escala desde SLC a LAX y mi vuelo se iba de LAX a CDMX a las 7pm, en el counter no llegaron los trabajadores hasta las pm y despues a la puerta no llegaron como hasta las 6pm.

Vivaaerobus exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and seamless travel experience. Steer clear. VivaAerobus concentrates most of its flight operations in Monterrey. Attendant's not once offer not even glass of water or as walk buy they look straight down isles and I sat up front considered 1st class lol , they had my luggage compartment all full other people's bags n I had to put not above my seat but half way back the plane then have to wait for all plane unload before I could go to the. They also do have the worst customer service asking the same questions over and over again, not understanding the problem and not being able to help at all. Pros: Decent flight once we took off. VivaAerobus flights to Guadalajara. I have used Vivaaerobus before and basically have found their flights to be on time and a good value. This airline still owns me almost Euros. So cheap and yet so wonderfully fulfilling.
