Hello all. After great difficulty with the help of a VM staff member over the phone , I have managed to update my VM email login password. In the process I have had to creat a secondary email account Gmail to get a pincode to faciliate the change. Now I am using secondary email Gmail to access my VM email account. So using Gmail email as apposed to my ntlworld.
