Has other people been misled by Verizon employees to change to a different discount plan to save you money and find out later it increased your monthly bill and then they won't put you back on your previous plan that worked just fine? We went into a Verizon store a few months ago to get my wife's screen protector replaced. Why not? My family is experiencing issues getting our loyalty discount on our plan. Verizon informed us we had a loyalty discount and then suddenly removed it from our account without warning. We had this discount for quite some time and it suddenly vanished without making any changes to our account or plan…. When we called the agents about eligibility, we are told that we are still eligible but the computer system will not allow the agent to put the reoccurring discount back on the bill. They even state they are not sure why the discount was removed. This has lead to us calling Verizon every month to receive the discount on our bill we were promised. We were told none of our account changes would impact our discount. I have had multiple agents tell me I need to call each month to receive the discount which is time consuming. Verizon was supposed to follow up on a case number months ago to resolve this issue, and yet we have not received one call back. We will continue to call Verizon helpline each month and request the discount promised to our family. Maybe Verizon will get this resolved and call us back? You should have good standing with Verizon to be eligible for the program, which means you should be paying your bills on time without any disputes. Get it on us. Verizon ripped us all off, but especially people like you, plain and simple.

There are also discussions about it on the Verizon subreddit, and no one seems to have a concrete answer. Why are only some people getting selected even people who have only had their account for as little as one month and others being denied? I would like an answer. It's a bit odd that your response time can be as little as mins on all the other responses on here even ones posted after mine but you can't even give a simple, "we're looking into this and we'll get back to you" to my question. Seems like I'm being deliberately ignored.
