I have been going to USA nails for over a year now. I started going here when I was getting married and Julie did my nails one time and I haven't had anyone else touch them since! She is so nice,

I am new to the area and decided to shop around for a good nail salon. The first time I went into USA Nails on Farmington and 6 mile, the person at the front counter greeted me like I was more of a nuisance than a prospective customer, so I left. Thinking that maybe the person was having a bad day, I decided to give USA Nails a second chance a few days later. This time I was greeted by a middle aged woman who looked at me like I didn't belong there. Granted I had on a baseball cap and probably looked worn out from a busy day, her rude indifference was not appreciated or appropriate for anyone working in a service industry.

Services: Pedicure. Had my nails done here for my wedding, along with my bridesmaids. All in all they did a beautiful job - there was a slight miscommunication as my mom had chosen the same color, and since it wasn't on the wall, my nail technician seemed to think it was all gone and offered me an alternative color. Once my nails were done, and I realized that my mom and also my bridesmaids all had the color I wanted but I did not, I got a bit emotional just that type of person - I believe his name was John, immediately noticed and assured me that he would fix it right away. He was able to do a color change on my dip nail set while maintaining the beautiful shape he had already created I started going here about a year ago for pedicures. I have had several team members take care of me, and have no complaints with any of them. As a middle aged man, I appreciate the pampering. Sep

She is so nice, I am going to be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because quite honestly, I think owners who may have a decent number of regular clients, erroneously think they can pick and choose who they want to extend common courtesy towards.
