It is always clean and smells amazing thanks to the kind and wonderful staff. Good we liked living here our experience has been good things at the complex are good staff is really good enjoy it sometimes the sauna is down too much. Jerry Feb 28, Love this apartment building so much! The staff was super nice and helpful during a stressful move from state to state. Maybe a few one of uncontrollable situations, but hey its a downtown area in a large city. Recently I have noticed a family with young children move in. There Needs to be preventative care for apartments that are getting renewed. The amenities are nice, but often broken - the hot tub isn't hot and is often shut down. My move in was smoother than I could imagine. I am really impressed with the interactive events and the great communication that I receive daily that keeps me aware of what is going on in the community. Also, the concierge is welcoming, a breath of fresh air, and a delight to be in the presence of.

Rushali May 24, I love living here Brooklyn Apr 6, The coffe bar is amazing and she is absolutely lovely. Love that you can walk to Whole foods, Starbucks, Restaurants, Downtown. My only complaint is when I can hear the footsteps from the apartment above me but it tends to go away quickly. Kyle Apr 5, Everyone has been very kind including the concierge.
