Located just north of unit 315 Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominiums is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day! One of the closer units to the water, it's quiet location offers privacy and very close access to stairs, elevator and most importantly, the beach! For an added degree of comfort and safety, after Covid, a new induct Mercury free home air purification system was installed to provide the cleanest indoor air possible. Our Resort is a quaint, quiet boutique resort ideally located mid-Key, close to a myriad of shops, restaurants, activities and museums. It's just a few miles from Mote Marine, St. Boat and bike rentals, kayak tours. For meals, Publix Market is just down the street or choose to dine at a wide array of restaurants right here on the Key including a beach bar and fine dining right next door at the Zota Beach Resort. The complex itself offers many complimentary amenities including an immaculate private white sandy beach, heated pool, shuffleboard courts, full tennis court, parking, 24 hour laundry room with free washers and dryers, outdoor BBQ grills with picnic area overlooking the Gulf, umbrellas and plentiful lounge chairs.

Enjoy the unobstructed beauty of Snowmass through the wall of two-story windows in this condo unit. While natural beauty reigns on the outside, the inside of this unit offers a combination of textures and touches that keeps the living space cozy. Enjoy it all right in the heart of Snowmass! The king bed is nicely tucked away from the main living area and offers a plush mattress draped with quality linens. The living room of this unit has been tastefully decorated with neutral colors and modern furnishings. A plush sofa and two easy chairs are ideally arranged to encourage conversation or game time in the evenings. A gas fireplace in the corner adds a nice touch, especially on cold winter nights. Head into the galley-style kitchen to grab a snack or prepare a full meal. Bright and modern, this kitchen is a pleasant cooking space and has everything needed for preparing meals if desired. Enjoy the convenience of a leisurely breakfast in your pajamas before hitting the slopes, eaten at the table in the adjacent dining area. The high-top dining table offers seating for four, providing a space to gather around for meals enjoyed together as a family or group. Located in the main building, guests of this condo will also enjoy the proximity of The Edge restaurant, which is conveniently located downstairs. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

The island atmosphere of Okaloosa eliminates the crowded found in nearby Destin, while putting you within minutes of Destin Harbor and all of the attractions of the Emerald Coast. El Matador Resort, unit is the perfect vacation spot for the beach and pool. This unit, located in building 3, is close to the ocean and pool, with views of the beach and pool area. The living and dining area, which adjoin the private balcony, have an open floor space, offering room for your family to relax. The living room has a flat screen tv with a BluRay player. The master bedroom also has a flat screen tv. The bedrooms, with updated tvs and new bedding, offer the most comfort available in the El Matador Resort. The bathroom has a shower and upscale appointments. We provide bed linens, blankets, bath towels, etc.

Guest Login Owner Login. The private balcony offers an outdoor dining set and Adirondack chairs. The king master bedroom and a pull-out sectional in the great room are perfect for the family. The bedroom also has a new luxury mattress for and a light-blocking shade in the window. Luxurious features throughout the condo, including high vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a brand-new dishwasher, fresh paint throughout, a flat-screen TV in the bedroom, and a 55" flat-screen smart TV in the living area. This condo also has a Keurig for coffee lovers. You will love swimming in the brand-new community pool after a day of sightseeing or after an afternoon on the beach steps away. Wifi Included. We have rented at First Flight Retreat many times over the years. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful.
