This was the first modification I made to my WRX and a crucial one at that. For almost any car enthusiast, ultrex exhaust review able to enjoy the engine note of your pride and joy is a feeling second to none! I just bought a v35 and I'd like to put on an exhaust. I've looked at these two systems from Australian suppliers which seem very reasonably priced but I can only find audio of the ultrex one. It sounded great however. Has anyone got any experience with either or a recommendation? When you listen to sound clips they don't always disclose exactly what their setup is. What you want to avoid is drone, and raspiness. Therein lies the beauty of the V35 - getting the right balance between note, volume, drone and rasp.

I plan on getting a tune after getting the exhaust put on if that changes things too. I don't want it to be too loud and seems to me the TCP would be quieter than the Ultrex, does that sound correct? The features such as Spot-lock, power steering, Auto-Pilot, and built-in sonar are what keep the Ultrex a solid competitor in the trolling motor market. After using several different trolling motors while fishing, I have found that several factors must be considered when purchasing a new trolling motor. Running out of juice in your trolling motor batteries can quickly ruin a great day of fishing.

Just go for whichever exhaust seems to be of the best construction go for full stainless if possible , and play with it from there.

FYI, each of these individually can considerably change the note and pitch of your exhaust: - stock vs aftermarket headers - stock vs aftermarket high flow cats vs straight pipes - stock vs aftermarket Y-pipe including variations in Y-pipe design and where the Y joins - stock midpipe vs deleted midpipe - stock vs aftermarket rear muffler What you want to avoid is drone, and raspiness. As you can see from my spec sheet this was the first of many Ultrex Performance products to make their way onto my build, with plenty more planned for the future! Exhaust modifications.
