While playing Ark: Survival Ascended , taming various dinosaurs is going to take most of your time. The dinosaurs in the game have a huge range of difficulty, with some of them being easy to go against while others causing absolute destruction. Thankfully, Triceratops belong to the former group. These massive creatures might look intimidating at first, but they're peaceful until attacked. They're one of the common creatures but you have to be a little careful while trying to tame one since they can easily knock you out if you don't position yourself properly.

Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Trikes will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor. These Eggs can be obtained after a female Triceratops with a Herbivore Pheromone applied has laid one. They will hatch quicker than normal Trike Eggs and the baby Triceratops will have better stats when it has hatched.
