Toolbar Pushback is without a doubt a must-have freeware utility for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It fixes a glaring omission in MSFS, which lacks an efficient and easy-to-use system to pushback from the gate. After almost a year enjoying great popularity among the community, Toolbar Pushback just got a big and exciting update that adds another very useful feature: pushback pre-planning! With a brand new user interface, you can now see your current position on a map of the airport, and select the exact position and heading that you want to be pushed back to. With this new system, pilots can plan the pushback route in advance , and then let the ground crew do their work while focusing on other tasks, like going through the checklists and starting the engines. This is done through an intuitive new interface, where you can click on each desired waypoint, select the preferred heading, and then watch the magic happen while following the voice instructions. Naturally, Toolbar Pushback continues to offer the traditional user interface for requesting and directing pushback, as well as support for calling ground services. Furthermore, it works with all aircraft! This all comes perfectly integrated with MSFS. It certainly could use a more user-friendly UI….

Nice to know!!! You are more than welcome back!! I have been unable to stop using your tool, even though FBW installer highly recommended it on each update! Do you plan announcing new releases in this thread or in the other you opened yesterday just to follow! Will the next update s address the issues with the Fenix A? Many people have been holding off using the Toolbar Pushback because, apparently, the tug will invisibly stick to the aircraft, and can lead to issues during cruise. LordMarkhlam I will post add-on related updates here in this thread.

Toolbar Pushback gives you full control over your pushback! Control the tug direction with your rudder pedals, joystick, keyboard or mouse and steplessly adjust the tug speed to your liking. All natively from within Flight Simulator without the need for running any apps or alt tabbing out of the sim. Additionally, ground services can be called with a click of a button. Thanks, much more convenient than an external tool that I always forget to start up. And already more or less predicting the future of pushback with an electric motor in the nose wheel. Without a pushback truck! A suggestion: when setting the parking brake you get feedback with a changing button color.

I was aware an update was coming, but had no idea if my problem was related as I could only find two other people mentioning the same problem, one in the reviews at flightsim. The default pushback system in Flight Simulator is cumbersome, to say the least. You must ask ATC for every little turn you want to make, a process that takes time and leads to delays. Toolbar Pushback improves on its older competitor in a few ways.
