Toni Rossall [4] was born in Auckland on 19 October , [6] [3] and moved to Australia's Gold Coast with her mother at the age of four when her parents separated. Rossall began training at a small Gold Coast based wrestling company and debuted when she was 13 years old. Storm made her debut for Progress Wrestling on 14 April , being defeated by Elizabeth. And I just felt like [WWE], at times, didn't have very much respect for me. I feel like, over time, they just crushed my love for wrestling. It just wasn't even wrestling anymore. You're not even allowed to say 'wrestling'. While competing on the independent circuit, Storm began to develop different personas before settling on one highly influenced by her enjoyment of s glam metal music, leading her to take on a "rock star" aesthetic. Beginning in the latter half of in conjunction with her disassociation from The Outcasts stable, she adopted the "Timeless" Toni Storm persona which saw her transition into the character of a demanding and paranoid Golden Age of Hollywood starlet.

With her recent gimmick switch, she has further cemented how valuable of an asset that she is to AEW. Toni Storm is one of the most exciting talents of AEW's stacked women's division. With superb mic skills and proficiency in between ropes, Toni is a total package. Toni Storm is currently in the best run of her career thus far. After splitting away from The Outcasts, Storm introduced her "Timeless" gimmick.

Toni Storm is a wrestler on the rise right now since she signed with AEW , being someone that everybody is talking about and people are excited to see her compete regularly. Fans are learning more about her regularly, and that is only increasing her fan support overall. But there are aspects of her life that people still haven't seen or don't know about, and a lot of them can be learned via photographs of her. Originally, Thunder Rosa was slated to defend the AEW Women's World Championship against tag team partner Toni Storm at All Out, but less than two weeks before the show, she had to be removed from the match due to injury. Rather than having Rosa relinquish the AEW women's title, the company followed the same formula as it did with then-AEW world champion CM Punk by determining an interim champ to face Rosa at a later date to determine the true champion. Storm remained in contention for the interim title, while former AEW women's world champions, Baker and Shida, were added to the match, as was Hayter, who lost a title match against Rosa at Battle of the Belts last month. Had Rosa vs. Storm happened at All Out, it would have been a rematch from Forbidden Door, which saw Rosa defeat Storm to retain in a hard-fought match. Since Rosa and Storm gained great respect for each other at Forbidden Door, they began teaming together on occasion, naming their alliance ThunderStorm. ThunderStorm fell to Baker and Hayter on the Aug. Since Rosa and Storm were in a feud of sorts with Baker and Hayter, it made sense for them to be included in the interim title mix. Something similar can be said for Shida, who has been friendly with Rosa and Storm and has slowly been getting back up lately after seemingly dropping down the pecking order for several months. Storm was considered a strong contender to beat Rosa, so it came as little surprise to see her prevail in the four-way replacement match.
