Not understanding of the situation at all. Asked to set up a toll tag, and was told I could after the payment was made, then when I made the payment, the next person setting up my tag told me it could have been discounted had I set up the tag before the payment, but now that the payment was made there was nothing they could do. Sent my bill to collections, wasnt willing to negotiate even though I never got the bills, and had to pay 4x the original amount owed. Very disappointed. The worst customer service of all time. Ive been a loyal toll-tag customer for 20 years. This past year I have had the worst time dealing with them. I have a toll-tag and I had it set up to be charged monthly with my debit card - 3 times this year I have had to call because I get an outrageous bill that indicates that I would be saving money if I had a toll-tag.
