Initially disappointed that when I checked online for an appointment, the website indicated that there were afternoon appointments. After not hearing anything from the store I chose, I called at Totally ignored me standing in front of me 2 ft away after he finished waiting on a customer. Answers the phone.

The staff has been always very helpful and I always feel like it is a good value for my time and money. I went to Tire Discounters 6 days ago to have four new tires put on my car and the alignment deal. Things seemed fine, everybody was nice, polite and willing to get things done, or at least I thought. After I got my car back that day I was driving up I and 3 lug nuts came off of 3 tires and I had to call somebody to help me get the car home. Tire Discounters paid for the towing of the car and did a couple extra things to it, but nothing would have been able to make up for it if I would have died on the highway because of their employee negleting their work duties. A tire could have came off all the way, I could have been pulled off the road by a tire not on the car, if I hadn't heard the lug nuts come off due to them not tightening them and not saying anything about needing a new stud because one of them was stripped which I would have paid for through them that day if they would have informed me of the problem. Point is they sent me out of their buisness with an unsafe car and I wasn't happy.
