The Muay Thai training program at TMT Chiang Mai is divided into beginner, intermediate, advanced and run simultaneously twice per day. Expect sessions to go for approximately 2 hours and teach traditional and fundamental fighting techniques including kicking, knees, punches, elbows, and the famed Muay Thai clinch, combinations, defences and of course, ring fitness and conditioning. The beginners Muay Thai program is designed to cater for guests who have little to no training experience in Muay Thai. Headed by the very experienced trainer Kru Net , this program focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai.
