This is awful, tier 3 sets wow. I am gonna guess you need to use the Rotten Delicious for Valiance. Kinda of pointlessly annoying you need a crafter who already had Tier 3 to make the stuff needed to get this, but at least that will become easier to get over time since you can now actually get it. Kind of tier 3 sets wow they didn't just give us an "Old" version of Naxx like old Scholomance with all the drops in place.

Many of the items can no longer be acquired, as certain tokens from Naxxramas bosses were needed, which no longer drop as of patch 3. The items that form these sets are quest rewards. The quests require, among other things, token drops from bosses in Naxxramas. The only exception are the rings, which drop directly from Kel'Thuzad in Naxxramas.
