When returning your rental vehicle to one of our locations please ensure to re-fuel your hire car to the agreed level and leave your parking ticket on the dashboard of your vehicle. Park in the multi-level car park on Level 4. Entrance to our carpark is located on Mitchell Street. Lock your vehicle and return the keys to a staff member in the office located on the ground floor. If returning your vehicle outside of business hours, park your vehicle on level 4 of the multi-level car park, lock your vehicle and place in the keys in our drop box that is in front of the elevators. We do not offer after hours collection from our City office, any bookings that fall outside of our business hours will need to be collected at our Darwin Airport location. If you are running late and you won't be able to collect your rental car at the allocated time, it is important to get in touch with the branch you are collecting from so that we can make alternate arrangements.
