The Tuckers Arms is one of the very few unspoilt and traditional family run free houses left in operation. Where the business has been in our family name for over 40 years. Here at the Tuckers Arms we are committed to offering home cooked local produce, where each meal is cooked and presented by the owners themselves. Our traditional thatched-roof country pub is a stones throw away from the Jurassic coast in and around Lyme Bay, the rolling hills of East Devon and Dartmoor and the flashing lights of Exeter City. The Tuckers Arms is 12th Century classic country pub serving fine fresh local food and drinks, with daily specials that change with the seasons and produce that is right on our door step. Whether you fancy a Locally sourced meal, a cosy coffee and slice of cake next to the fire or a locally sourced pint of beer. The Tuckers arms provides a welcoming, homely and enchanting atmosphere that captures you and brings you back to the traditional country life.

THE best roast I have ever eaten! I went with my son on the last night of our walking weekend and were looking at the menu when the lovely waitress said they had a roast beef on offer which we both chose. I had a But then the roast turned up and it was simply delicious with a large selection of veg all which tasted equally delicious especially the cauliflower cheese. My son had a desert and chose the cherry jam and almond sponge pudding with vanilla ice cream. The whole meal was absolutely fantastic. Great service and good ales.
