Before our meal drew to an end, we chatted with our very helpful and friendly waiter as well as the manager of the train who filled us in on some more history about the carriage. The rooms are filled with charm and match the time-gone-by glamour of the carriages for the ultimate escape from reality. The bar is connected to a cosy lounge that had the fire burning and plenty of festive cheer when we visited as the Christmas decorations were already up.
