Please note that we do not take bookings for outside. We have a huge amount of space and plenty of benches. Please just turn up! We have loads of carparking including an overflow field of several acres! Please Please Please do not park by the postbox opposite the pub. Due to staff shortages and a dramatic increase in many of our overheads we have reluctantly taken the decision to close the kitchen on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3rd of May onwards until circumstances change for the better.

I enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch with great friends here today and the food was on point!!! Meat was cooked to how I like it Portions where fabulous Yorkshire pud was banging!! Also has alcohol free beers for those who wish to drive. The food is always of high quality and cooked spot on! There is special's blackboard for some very tasty different dishes. Due to popularity there can be a wait at times. Well behaved pooches are welcome! It can get busy at times , booking a table in advance is recommended if wishing to eat inside.
