Hi, I'm Stephanie and this is my home. The 16th Century Chateau de Lalande. Lalande was owned for hundreds of years by a family are Marquess who were at the heart of French royal life. One even had the honer of greeting Marie Antoinette on her arrival in France, but far from being a stuffy museum, this Chateau is a living home. I live here, and I am regularly joined by my mother, my family, my friends and volunteers from all over the world who help me to loving restore this historic home. Our first ever chateau vlog! The Chateau de Lalande is preparing for a party and Stephanie has to make a 17th century dress on time The day of the ball has finally arrived! Today at the chateau saw Stephanie rescuing a peacock, being outwitted by sheep and messing about in the moat.
