As the restaurant is based in North Yorkshire an hour away from my home, we decided to make a day of it and have a little walk around Richmond which was lovely, so I would recommend this too. Whilst you wait for your food, they serve fresh bread and oil which is always a nice touch. For starters I had the Soup of the Day — butternut squash and horseradish, topped with fried onions.
