It takes you to the Dreamgrove, but you cannot enter it since you have yet to complete the intro quest that is given in New Dalaran. The quest requests you go to Moonglade to complete the portal to the Dreamgrove. But you have no teleport to Moonglade, nor are you offered one from the NPC. EDIT - I see it now. Dreamwalk takes you to Emerald Dreamway, which has portals to several areas and Dreamgrove is just one of them. The bottom left of the map is the portal to Moonglade. I just tested this on a fresh class trial. I used Dreamwalk to get to the Emerald Dreamway, ran down to the Moonglade portal, and was teleported to Moonglade.
