Guy and Eric have just completed installation of a new Lennox furnace at my home. Pleasant gentlemen, quick install, clear explanation of thermostat and filter change procedure. Work space left clean and all old furnace parts removed. Ben provided furnace estimates and was clear in explaining the various options. Mae and Louiesa, head office contacts, were a pleasure to work with - they efficiently obtained answers to all of my estimate and installation questions. Payment through e-transfer was available with fast follow-up proof of payment invoices. Excellent experience all around. Tek was prompt and efficient, came when they said they would. Jonathan was very accommodating , with all my questions and multiple quotes. All of them were friendly, impeccable and fast, non-stop hard workers and left everything very tidy. Mae was very helpful and always kept me informed when guys were coming had to come back as they were waiting for parts. I have already referred them to my next door Neighbour and would use them for future servicing. Heat Pump Replaced. Not much to say except Chris, Dustin and Mae are great.

Lennox AC install. Did some research on a few suppliers, and was impressed with the TEK team from the start. They showed up on time, on short notice, beat estimates I had gotten from a couple other companies, scheduled the job quickly, the work was excellent, clean, quick. Highly recommended for a reasonable priced, worry free installation. They even diagnosed a faulty gas valve on my Lennox furnace, still under warranty, ordered the part and replaced at the same time.
