Our dear uncle, brother and friend passed away at the St. Catharines Hospital on Thursday, July 27, He succumbed to a cancer that had made his last few days very challenging. Ted wanted to spend his last days at his home enjoying his garden, friends, the birds, nature, and the passing ships through the Welland Canal. We met his wishes for as long as possible and he was very thankful for that. Ted had a love of food and wine and every Sunday he would surround his dining table with good friends and family; prepare and share a meal. That was important to him. His meditative passions were woodworking and gardening, and he shared the results of those with everyone around him.
