Two years ago I got two tastecards on a short introductory offer - we are a family of 4 so needed 2 cards to get most of the deals. The card didn't work for us because of the limited choice of restaurants on the scheme. I phoned and cancelled the cards - they admit that they have a record of this. Only addition I might like if there was a way to get alerts for when new restaurants are added, but still really good. Tastecard is a scam! I bought two E-codes for the cinema, I have never received an email with the purchase order, I have never received the E-codes I haven't received them even after writing to customer service , and when I contacted the customer service they told me "sorry, but the E-codes are not refundable".
