Tailsmo is the het ship between Tails and Cosmo from the Sonic X fandom. Tails first encounters Cosmo after she lands on Sonic's planet for the first time in the episode A Cosmic Call. Along with Cream, Cheese, and Amy, Tails witnesses her spaceship crash down before finding her unconscious. They bring her to Cream's house and soon find out she is looking for Sonic. Soon after, a Metarex attacks the planet in search of its Planet Egg.

Cosmo is a main character from Sonic X. Cosmo is a female child of a plant-like alien species whose homeworld was destroyed by the villainous Metarex.
