Suzune

Suzune Horikita is a character featured in the light novel series Classroom of the Elitecreated by writer-illustrator duo Shougo Kinugasa and Tomoseshunsaku. One of the first heroines introduced in the series, Suzune is a student of the prestigious Advanced Nurturing High School, and a member of Class D who sits beside the main character Kiyotaka Ayanokouji, suzune. Suzune she possesses both beauty and suzune, she is also antisocial and refuses to socialize with her classmates, suzune.

This section may contain major spoilers! She is a magical girl who hunts down and kills other magical girls. A girl who is a smiling, hard-working student at day, and a stoic magical girl hunter at night. She refuses to state her reasons for killing. Whenever she meets a magical girl, she asks for their name prior to killing them, and later puts writes their name on a paper and puts it in her pouch, a habit she picked up from Tsubaki. She has a cold and callous nature and shows little remorse for killing others. Suzune is usually rather polite and respectful, even when about to kill somebody. Despite her statements that she's "doing the right thing", however, Suzune is still uncertain if she is or not. Suzune's parents were killed by a witch, which was defeated by magical girl Tsubaki Mikoto , who adopted Suzune to look after her. Tsubaki treated Suzune like her own daughter, and mentored her when she became a magical girl as well, leading to Suzune becoming Tsubaki's apprentice and the two defeating witches. However, Tsubaki was constantly putting Suzune's health before her own and giving all the grief seeds to Suzune first, leading to her becoming a witch when the cumulative corruption became too much for her to handle. This left Suzune distraught and she became cold, distant and solitary as a result of Tsubaki's death. After defeating Tsubaki's witch, Suzune then inherited Tsubaki's bell-and-pouch pendant and, after learning the truths of the magical girl system from Kyubey , began hunting down magical girls to prevent the births of more witches, which lead to her becoming known as a magical girl murderer. About a month before the events of Suzune Magica, Suzune left her hometown and moved to Hohzuki City, transferring to Akanegasaki Middle School and becoming a newspaper deliverer at Yunagi Newspapers , where she presently lives at.

The film was animated by the animation studio CoMix Wave Films. The animation film is an original movie that was written by industry veteran Shinkai Makoto. Shinkai Makoto was also the director of this film, who also went on a worldwide promotional tour alongside some of the voice actors. The series followed breathtaking visuals and music that made the visuals of the film look unbelievably realistic. The award was presented by Chiaki Kuriyama, a famous Japanese singer, actress, and model.

The anime revolves around the titular protagonist, who is just an ordinary school girl who accidentally stumbles upon a door that gives her a chance to experience a bewitching universe that is unlike our own. Although Suzume is initially excited and intrigued her experience takes a strange turn following which she feels afraid and run back to her school to resume her ordinary life. But she is completely clueless that she forgot to close the mysterious door she had found which turns out to be a costly mistake.
