Suruga-ya

Hi, just a basic question here - wondering if anyone has ordered dolls or Dollfie suruga-ya from suruga-ya? How did you find the experience, suruga-ya, what proxy did you use etc?

They seem to offer reservations for new items as well. My items were shipped through DHL, but they did not provide a tracking number when they shipped the package out, and later, DHL sent me the tracking information.
