I messaged the salon about this and sent them photos but they only replied about the root issue saying I could come in for toner to fix this how was this not noticed and fixed when my hair was dried and straightened before I even left the salon?

Thank you. Well done Strut! I have been coming to Strut since it opened in May and I would never go any where else. Fabulous salon and amazing service. To then only offer a refund is appalling. When I got home I noticed just how uneven and streaky my hair was and the random white root areas I had, it just looked an absolute mess also half of my hair if not more hadn't even been bleached.
