While I've never really had to wait longer than 30 minutes at the SQDC downtown, even with monstrous-looking lines, when walking into the Queen Mary location I was quick to notice They've done a good job of spacing the locations out as much as possible, so that no matter where you live there is still a location somewhat accessible. The SQDC asks patrons not to take pictures so as to avoid capturing customers while they shop, but I was able to ask permission to take photos at the Queen Mary location because there were so few people it was easy to ensure no customers or staff were in the shots.
