I had my other car's windshield replaced somewhere else, and they actually washed my car inside and out, offered me a courtesy car and replaced my wipers for free.

When I told the manager, Michael, that my windshield was leaking, he laughed me off and said water gets tracked into the car from the rain and to go home. He was extremely rude to me and made me feel crazy, wouldnt even look into it. Ended up that the windshield was defective and had been flooding water through the car for a month.
