Identifying your particular firearm can be a challenge, and we sympathize. Luckily, there is an easy way to do this. On the frame of the gun, there should be a small metal plate with the serial number stamped on it. This plate is usually located on the side of the gun near the trigger guard. Once you have found the serial number, write it down or take a picture of it for reference.
