Smiling on the outside Toad commonly referred as Toad is one of the three classic tritagonists alongside Peach Toadstool and Bowser in the SMG4 series. When SMG4 made a meme featuring him and Mario , Toad gained some sanity, but developed a cynical personality due to the annoyance of Mario's new-found stupidity.
