Online play isn't too hard to find in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - it's the big yellow space in the main menu on the bottom right. But, there are a few things you need to know about online, including what you need to do to play with friends. As we mentioned before, playing online is as simple as selecting "Online" in the menu select screen. The only way to play with friends online is by using Battle Arenas. If you're already officially friends through your Nintendo Switch account, choose "Create Arena," and your friends will be able to find you through "Join Arena" then "Friends' Arenas.
