The game goes fullscreen for like a half a second when I first start it then goes to a windowed mode. It almost seems to behave like it actually is fullscreen but there's a border around the game like it's in windowed. It's bizarre and it happens only with Bethesda games. Tried Fallout New Vegas and the same thing happens! Found a fix! Everything is working now. Finally I can get back to Skyrim.
