I have had skyrim on pc only a few days but I have play over hours of it on xbox and I have never had this problem. I have tried to leaving the game running to see if the time limit runs out normally but it does not. I have transformed into a werewolf and turned back normally before so I have come to the conclusion that it is a problem with a mod. I have 25 mods installed and some of them are to do with being a werewolf. If anyway knows of having this problem and knows how to fix it please let me know.
