They remind me that it will automatically charge after 14 days, but I can not activate the puck? Had the same issue tonight trying to set 4 up. Power down the puck, press and hold the power button on the bottom whilst powering back up u til the light flashes red, green, amber. This should do a factory tester and force a software update. Once done you should be able to follow the onscreen instruction and then link to your account. Unplug it. Then hold the power button with it still unplugged, keep the power button held down and plug it in again. Message says I can link my account in the settings menu - can't find any option to link sccount in settings. Have tried searching this forum but seems most people have been able to get an activation code on their TV but then get stuck; I can't get as far as a code to input. Same here - seeing quite a few of these posts In the last couple of days I when I search.

SKY please add a troubleshooting section for sky stream puck setup instead of relying on your customers in this community to solve these issues.
