I have tried resetting it by holding down the WPS button on the Sky Q router however it is not working it has worked successfully in the past however not working now. Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

The correct button has two arrows forming a circle embossed onto it which can be difficult to see on the Sky hubs that look like Q boxes its on the front but on the later upright type its low down on the right hand edge in a groove in the casing.. If the button flashes amber while searching going green when it links tomanother device but stops after a couple of minutes if no device csnnbe found.

Setting up all other devices was a doddle.
