As I understand it the pin is the one used on the TV but it doesnt give me the option to put that in to the device, just tells me to come to SKY. Any ideas please? That's good for those who have cards I have the sky puck which don't have a card and is pin is last 4 digits of your phone number so I guess different if you have a viewing card.
