Sims 4 growing together wont download

I have purchased the game code and it says it has accepted it, when I load the sims game it says I own the pack, but I have no content from the growing together pack in the game. Just did this cancel the purchase and refund so you can repurchase. If you check your purchase history, it will say 'Processing' instead of 'Complete' besides the expansion, sims 4 growing together wont download.

I had the problem of Growing Together downloading but not showing up in the game. Please see the post immediately above yours. Hi, I've got the exact same issue as SamJacksonJr described: the blue download button greys out upon pressing it but no download happens. When I close the DLC's window and reopen it via manage addons the download button's blue again and so I can repeat the same thing over and over without the app downloading anything. I'll try the method with reinstalling origin to hopefully trigger the download as soon as I get home and get back to you as to how it went. Yes if you live in the UK you can get your money back. Even though the message about switching to the EA App was there and i couldn't click on anything in the Origin app, Origin started to automatically verify my content and downloaded the missing DLC.

If you want to try something in the interim, you could temporarily reinstall Origin. Even though Origin is unusable in Windows, it does often download packs that the EA App won't, in the background even as it's telling you to switch to the App. You can get Origin here direct download link :. Sadly, it seems that multiple players are unable to enjoy the new content due to issues related to the current main EA desktop client. In fact, it seems the problems are worse because the EA app is now a mandatory requirement to play some major games, like The Sims 4.
