Hi Guys, is there a problem logging into BT email?? I have been trying to log in on my desktop since yesterday and it is the same today, both the email address and login password have been entered correctly I have btinternet. Really need to get this sorted, I'm in the middle of signing a new rental agreement and prefer to do everything on my desktop. Go to Solution. If that doesn't help you could try turning off your BT hub for a 15 minutes to see if its allocated a new IP address which will hopefully use a different email server which may allow you to log on.
