The restaurant is relatively new and not very popular among locals yet, but once there, it will capture your heart with fantastic gastronomic experience. While there we started with secret chef table of smoked cheese and remoulade with smoked salmon, continued with boneless stuffed quails Birds of Love and beef bon fillet and foie gras Beef Mille-Feuille.
I made it to Sofia, no thanks to a last-minute booking that took me through Beograd. Then a tiny, rickety flight later we arrive in Bulgaria…. This whole leg is starting off very bad, and it got worse. But then the night got very nasty. Needless to say my short Sofia trip was essentially ruined, as I spent most of the one full day I had in town dealing with the crap that comes with having a phone stolen. Thank goodness I always carry my back-up device with me; it worked as a wifi device but had no aerial service until I get my hands on a new Simcard.

Until recently it was situated within a few-minute walk from the House of Parliament and all the other landmarks of Sofia. Crystal Steak House. Drawing inspiration from the 3-Michelin-star-starred Brooklyn Fare restaurant in New York, they wanted to bring guests up close to history and cooking. Feed will not update. The food we are served is a historical journey into Bulgaria's history, which we quickly discover is large and wide.
