The seat recline is a bit limited but not too bad. They were also unfamiliar with how to deploy bulkhead-row infotainment screens and how the seats controls are meant to work. I wouldn't fly this plane again in Business unless it was really inexpensive.

Seat 5 L is a standard Business Class seat that transforms into a fully flat bed. If you are flying alone, grab a middle seat, if flying with a partner, grab a window pair. An infinity of settings for the seat going from full up to fully flat allows for easy change to allow muscles not to cramp. I was in seat 17A , the narrowest seat I have ever experienced. Entertainment cent was great. For a couple who both want direct access to aisle, these are the two best seat pairs. Flight attendants struggle to get meal and drink carts down the aisle.

Seat 5 L is a standard Business Class seat that transforms into a fully flat bed. It was okay but feels too narrow for Business Class seat. This seat has very narrow place for your feet. Space was great and working areas adequate. Worse than the seat were the staff. New lie-flat BIZ seat. No Menu about what food was available , even though they announced at the end of the flight they were collecting them?! Seat 27 B is a standard Economy Plus seat that has extra legroom due to the exit in front however, the proximity to the lavatories and galleys may be bothersome. Good amount of recline and having a foot rest does make this a very comfortable alternative to standard coach or even MCE. Slightly more legroom in fact this legroom should be standard and minimum but still not comfortable. Seat 39 D is a standard Economy Class seat in the last row of the aircraft.
