Well done. More of our Explorers camped at Wike campsite to earn a November night for the Yorkshire challenge award and Paul was assessed to get his archery permit so that we can now run our own events. On Sunday Ali from Yorkshire ambulance service kindly gave up her day to run another first aid session. A section of our unit braved the November temperatures to bag a night away at Wike for their Yorkshire challenge award. We travelled to the Lake district, to Great tower campsite which was our base for the weekend. We took part in hill walking, team building, pioneering and kayaking around the area. Many thanks to the Great tower Scout activity centre team of staff and volunteers for helping to arrange what turned out to be a fun filled weekend.
