I have been to this particular supermarket on several occasions. Every single time, I encountered unfriendly customer service, mostly from the cashiers and customer representative. I have been to many business establishments in my 57 years of life and have never experience such rudely conduct from any of the places that I patronized at. I will never enter this supermarket again and I will advise my friends in the Reno area to do likewise! It never fails "every" time I come into this particular Savemart the employees are "always" cheerful, helpful, and curtious. I am greeted by everyone I see. There's always someone willing to assist. Some places sure they'll ask you if you need anything but as soon as you admit that you do they act as it's a bother. No so at this Savemart you ask for assistance and they'll take you to what you need with a genuine smile and thanks. It reminds me of the small town grocery store back home in all the good ways with their friendly employees, the clean parking lot and store, fresh produce, and good clean butcher block.
