Sasuke wins this comfortably, Gaara isn't catching him in a Sand Burial especially since Sasuke has 1, fought him before, and 2 watched him fight on multiple occasions. The defence already worked well against enton tho,and i think gaara's large sand mass and flight might keep him from dying from susanoo. Also gaara knows alot about sasuke so Just cause you have no knowledge on a attack doesnt mean its going to work to its full extent on you cause im sure there is alot of cases in naruto or other anime or even comics where a new technique didn't work to its full extent if at all on its opponent that the person using it thought it would be a trumph card.
